good leadership techniques while entertaining

The over arching story makes this audiobook more enjoyable while still delivering the key concepts.

Overall, it was ok.

There are a lot nuggets throughout, but the story line made it longer than needed.

Useless and boring

I was interested in learning about techniques to motivate and create accountability and ownership.
The audible version was horrible. I could not get past the fourth chapter. They needed to provide more details and not a story.

Not exactly ground breaking

I can’t say I learned a lot in the book, and the story felt unnecessarily awkward. 5 disfunctions of a team is substantially better in terms of story and actionable information

too many high level platitudes and a poor story they are told through. it's like listening to a Wikipedia page on strategy
