Easy to keep up with.

I really enjoyed how well the information was presented. It was one of the best herbal books I’ve listened to.

This was an amazing read that was super easy to understand and apply to my everyday life!

I loved the depth that she went to explain some things and especially the way it is organized! It’s super easy to find whatever I need to look back at so I can apply that knowledge!

I really like the way the author analyzed everything. It’s simple enough to understand everything.

I like it and give the book 5 stars and i recommend every herbalist to have it in his or her library

A pleasant read with helpful information. I have one suggestion.

This book was a pleasure to read. The accompanying PDF is super helpful when I need to look up herbs on the spot. My only suggestion is that the precautions be put at the forefront of the book. I appreciate that precautions are included in each herb description. It may serve the beginner herbalist a little more if the warnings at the end of the book are put at the beginning. Raising awareness before enthusiasm takes over and harm a curse.

There is supposed to be a download able PDF but there isn't! A visual would be really nice with books likes these. I find myself having to pause and take notes constantly!
