Great book

I really enjoyed listening to this book. It was very informative and touched on a broad range of subjects concerning essential oils. I found it to be very informative and useful. I feel like I have an overall greater understanding of how to safely use essential oils in my life.

Best Good Health Book EVER!

I stumbled across Dr. Z while searching Amazon for audible books on Aromatherapy. His book was on the last page of my search. It was also the last book listed. I purchased the audible format and started listening. OMGosh!!! This book is awesome. I listened on the way to work. During work. On the way back home. While at home. I’ve only had it a week. I restarted to listen again. I sent a copy to my sister. I signed into the free webinars. I purchased paperback copies for me and Sis. I joined the Dr. Z tribe. Added the Women’s Group to engage with Mama Z and am planning to purchase more Essential Oils to change my lifestyle for the betterment. I can’t get enough. Lastly, I noticed my legs were aching again behind my knees. I remembered Dr Z talking about Peppermint. I used Fractionated Coconut Oil and a few drops of Peppermint. Rubbed behind the knees. I could just cry. The pain was gone by the time I recapped the bottles. My mind is made up. My future is confirmed. Healthy abundant living❤️!

A lot of good information. I’m getting a hard copy of this one

I have been studying about the healing power of the body for years looking for answers to why I always feel sick. If you believe that diet can reverse illness. Learning about Essential Oils is a must. The Healing Power of Essential Oils has a treasure chest full of in depth information about using Essential Oils. Eating right and exercise along with meditation, prayer or spirituality leads to health on every level of our lives. The narrator lulls you in like an old friend sharing a good book. My husband goes to bed early and gets up early. I listen to audio books rather than watch tv. With this book he woke up talking about how impressed he was and excited to trying the recipes and diffuser blends. I am getting a hard copy and recommend anyone tired of feeling tired and ill all the time to give this book a listen.

Great information

This audiobook had some wonderful information and lots of recipes however you need to be prepared with a pen and paper to write some of them down. This type of book may be better in a physical form so that you could easily bookmark pages. Still really great information!

Essential oils bought to you by Jesus

What is an otherwise excellent resource on essential oil use, composition and contraindications is spoiled by a constant and never let up banging on about the bible. Dr. Z is an intelligent, insightful and clearly top of his field professional when it comes to the topic so it's too bad his need for the Jesus preaching ruined it. The title of this review should be considered as a rename for the book.

Infomercials

I found it difficult to listen to after a while. Too much Christianity mixed in and if I heard about Mama Z one more time of think it was going to tip me over the edge, can’t he just refer to her as his wife or better yet a real name? It was distracting me from the topic and in the end it all just sounded like an infomercial. Sorry, I’ve not actually give a bad review before but this book kind of deserved it.
