More than just Science & Engineering

This is a book on doing great things with examples sourced from the author’s background in science and engineering. While something like intellectual modesty kept Hamming from generalizing the applicability of his book, and he provides plenty of technical examples, the point is to absorb some of his “style of thought” - his approach to solving problems, for which no technical background is needed. Strongly advocates for having a diversity of mental models and a vision for what you want to accomplish.
