I accidentally slept with my fated mate… and now, he wants to make it permanent.
It doesn't help that I may or may not be growing his baby as we speak.
Avoiding him seems like a waste of effort, considering he won't take no for an answer.
So, I've settled for trying my best not to let him know about the possibility of a pregnancy.
If I can't avoid telling him, he's going to hold on to me even tighter, and let's be honest…
I'm probably going to fall in love with him.
The Art of Avoiding Your Soulmate is a steamy, fun, standalone novella with a happily ever after!

I liked that her mate wanted to build a friendship and not spook her but things didnt go as planned after they had a smexy night and he doesnt tell her his suspicions. This leads to some tenuous moments. I loved how gentle he was with her until he couldn't help but be like the others and kidnap his mate haha. I loved how possessive he was but he tried so hard to not make her run scared, since she did not want a mate at all. I don't blame her, after what she had to endure!
I think this is the one I wished was longer, I really felt their relationship development was above and beyond the others and this one just would have been a 5 stars if we got a little more from them, seeing them cement their connection and deal with the other subplots. I enjoyed the epilogue as well. I do wish the narrators were a little more believable in some scenes. I think I enjoyed the male narrator more but the female narrator was still good. Some things felt a little lackluster for the scene/moment, but still 4/5 stars from me.
