Businesswoman, Sam Phillips, was quite content focusing on her single life. At 37, she didn't have the time to explore. She was never supposed to be alone, not in this world. One devastating day would crush everything she had ever known, but deep down, she knew there was more to life than business.

Alexis Foster wasn't looking for love. With work commitments only growing by the day, a life of "arrangements" as a high-class escort appeared to be the way forward. After all, at 25, Alexis had all the time in the world to settle down.

A simple decision would change their lives, but with a past ever-present for one of them, and a past lurking for the other, one of them must decide if she can give her all.

Is it too good to be true? Or can the heart be given away more than once?

Good story

Good story overall. the characters were believable and I felt their insecurities. ending felt a little rushed but I still felt the HEA.

I though the story itself was great! But I’m more into spice and action. Besides that. Good story

Cliche

As a whole it was a bit too predictable and cheesy. Ifound myself cringing a lot but made it through the book.

Mehhh

Not going to say that I wasted my time with this story but I did mentally check out during several sections. I did like start of the story. It kept me engaged and invested. Towards the middle when i started saying this is getting disappointing. The story dragged and the section with Janet killed my interest for Sam. This is not my type story at the moment Janet was introduced.

Good book

I loved the narrator. The struggle between Sam and Lucianna was gut wrenching. But finishing the read all the way to the end.
