Very short textbook explaination of different types of anxiety and treatments. David Bernard was a good,robotic sounding ,narrator.I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.'

Mind-blowing!

I've struggled with anxiety for three years now ever since my very first panic attack! This is workbook is so helpful and helps you better understand anxiety and worry. If you are ready to face your anxiety head on this is the book for you!

I recommend this book

I’ve been diagnose with Anxiety/depression/fear and PTSD recently. My therapist recommended I buy this workbook and it’s actually helped me out soooo much. Some of the stories with Q&A actually made me think like oh yeah, that’s what it was or oh yeah that’s similar to me. In general I enjoy this book greatly.

A very brief discussion of anxiety. Only covers, briefly, a few ways ro treat it. Good narration. Overall worth the listen.

Spot on info

Work through it with a counselor or therapist will help you when using this book. It has some spot on information and really helps describe the issue and how to cope or fix it.
