Really enjoyed this series.

I thought the story was very good. I wanted it to continue on.
The narrator was superb! He could do many different voices and do them well! So talented. I'm going to look for more books done by him.

Okay listen, not great, but okay.

The characters and action proceeds at a good pace. The author seems to have a very basic understanding of hand to hand fighting, guns, and hunting though. One example is the majority of main characters fight scenes end with them being choked hands straight to neck, and then they punch the bad guys in the nuts and then they win the fight.

Book 1: Great, good after shtf pacing
Book 2: Good, the choices of the group waver
Book 3: Good concept, worst decision making, previous book they have no problem killing so many people but won’t kill people who have and will killed people in their group. If this is where the series is going I won’t last long.
