This guide gave me the level of information that I wanted and understand without a lot of technical jargon. It's concise and delivered in a way that helped me remember key points of mental training, and how to practice them in many situations. The book is really quite nice.

Each chapter in this book touches on very important aspects of the mindset of a champion, not only is simple to understand but also very inspiring and ready to put into practice. This book belongs into my golden set.
It is very practical, well organized and easy to follow. it's for sure this book will not make you better itself. It requires significant conscious effort, planning and self-reflection. This book is very useful guide for everyone who wants to be not only more tough, resistant but even better as a human in general.

This is a great book to listen and re-listen. I firmly believe this book can help anyone improve their attitude and become successful. As for myself who is apt to get cocky or complacent, this book was a fine reminder of how my character is currently and will always have room for improvement. Call it motivational, empowering, encouraging, etc. either way it worked, it inspired me to take some actions for the Greater Good not just me. I absolutely love a book that moves my lazy spirit, Mission Accomplished !
