Organically written and naturally performed

Amazing work of literature that encapsulates a period of time through its colloquialisms and vernacular all the while inspiring the listener to put into practice practical lifestyle changes that will transform their lives for the better. In other words this ish goes hard!! Thank you Stic for cultivating these wise words, concepts, and principles. Thank you for your authenticity.

You save my life. So many chapters had my name on it.

I do enjoy this this audible got me on the right track for good health when I went to back to my doctor she was very impressed and I think this writer for saving my life he don’t even know it. Thank you love

Powerful, heartfelt, and inspiring!

The 5 principles is a consistent and well balanced masterpiece. The narration is beautiful, sultry, and soulful. It is precise and richly profound yet simple to understand. An inspiring explanation of nutrition, exercise, and restoration. This book is an encyclopedia of deep knowledge. A combination of ancient wisdom traditions, modern scientific techniques, and masterful heartfelt storytelling.

In the end, this book is even bigger than all of that. It’s a subtle yet profoundly powerful framework and guide on how to be truly free.
