Though my mom and various members of her and my dad’s family have now had various versions of dementia, I’m 73, have always been in pretty good shape, and have never smoked, Plus I’ve been drunk only twice in my life, and barely drink at all these days.
Still, my recall of even recent events has begun slipping a bit and I have now been diagnosed with the early onset of dementia, Am I interested in and very grateful for your book? Oh, hell yeah!! Great job!!

How can I delay or even defeat my potential dementia onset?
