Unexpected

THAT’S NOT MY NAME tells the story of Lola a missing girl and Drew the ex boyfriend accused of killing her, as well as Mary, a girl with no memory whom a police officer found wandering.

What could have been a predictable story kept me engaged. Although I thought I knew what happened, I was more wrong that right.

So good! Super clever Thought I knew where the story was headed but....whoa. what an ending. Loved the dual prospective.

had me on the edge of my seat biting my nails the entire time

This book had a steady plot that kept me curious and wondering the entire time. From start to finish it kept me dying to know more. Personally I could not put it down, any free moment I had was spent listening to this.. The story exceeded my expectations and I fully recommend for everyone to read this!

This book has a perfect balance of mystery, secrets, and thrills. It satisfies the itch of wanting to read a good thriller but leaves you wanting more because you don't want it to end.

Edge of your seat thrillera

Wow, I could not stop listening to this book! From beginning to end it was well written, action packed and kept you wanting more. I was not expecting the story line to go the way that it did, but it turned out really well and I didn't see it coming. The Narration was done really well and made the story come to life.

Invested ‘til the Very End

I loved this book. Yes, it was cringey at times (“Get in losers, we’re going sleuthing!”) but it’s based around teenagers…so what do you expect?
Anyway- great performance by the narrators and great storyline that kept me on my toes.

Wow

This story from a dual POV was amazing. It was not predictable. It was epically sophisticated!

At first I wasn’t sure about choosing this book…wow did I change my mind. Kept me guessing…was I picking up on this or that being strange…really enjoyed…will follow author Megan Lally and great narrators! 😊

Awesome story!! Great narration

This story kept my interest all the way through, I binged it! It had excellent characters, details, suspense, and an fantastic ending with everything coming together. The narrators were also great - especially the male narrator. Highly recommend!

Great buildup but ended too quickly

I liked the narration of this book. The two voices for the different viewpoints was enjoyable. There was a lot of effort building up the story and drawing me in, but the ending fell a little flat for me. I wanted a little bit more.

Loved this book! Not predictable at all. This is the first book I’ve listened to by this author. Will definitely search her name for my next one!
