strong characters, great story line, narration is great. Seattle reader lives local setting. highly recommended

love this character

As with many of Lindsey's characters... this character is quirky, a smart ass, a bad ass in her own right , funny , insecure and older. I love it!! She makes me laugh. And she is my age which I love. We can still kick butt even at 40.. lol The story is a great story. I can't seem to stop binging it.

Pen Pals with A Dragon

Tangled Truths, book number 3 in the Death Before Dragons series by Lindsay Buroker, continued the entertaining adventures of Val. Tangled Truths saw more action in the Zav and Val front. Side stories got more developments. Overall, a good book. DRmz 3-30-23

The internal and external dialogue of Val is so funny that I often find myself laughing out loud.

Just absolutely amazing, Lindsey Buroker is my new favorite writer. This is my second series by her. I can't wait to start the next book!! Every character has a unique personality and I can't get enough of them!! I've gone thru 24 credits so far on her books!! and I am about to buy more. Best investment in the most phenomenal writer I have found in decades

Tangled Truths is just as entertaining as the previous books in this series. I look forward to the next book.

I love the book but they mispronounce the name of Coeur d'Alene to is pronounced (cor-de-Lane)

Tangled Truths

Best of the series to date. Very funny and filled with intense action. Shows more of the main character’s interaction with her family and fey associates.
As always well written in Ms Buroker’s unique style.
You need to read the books 1 & 2 first for this clearly is the next step in a series.
Highly recommend.
