I don’t leave many reviews but this book deserves one. In a world gone dark that so many feel has grown cold Taking Back the Magic is just the beacon of light to help guide humanity back to themselves. A magical love story

Hold on through the beginning, which was a little abrasive, (her intense disdain for her father that doesn't have any context yet) because it is so worth it. The story gets better and better, as so many magical insights and connections are made. Her life is both common and extraordinary, but is made so much more meaning -full as her connection with the dead and even past lives reveal much more extended story lines. Those story lines open the reader to a much more vast and animate world than the one they started in. Grateful for her sharing.

A One Day Read.

How often is it that one begins a book and never puts it down until it’s done? That is one. The personal storytelling, the soul sharing, the authenticity of painful and blissful relationships combine to give the reader a sense of sincere connection to the author. In an intentionally disconnected society that expects us (even relies upon us to stay separated for its sustainability) to purchase our next thrill or buy something to make us feel meaningful and less alone… this book does all of that with the mere price of this storyteller’s memoir.
