Publisher's Summary

Do you sometimes feel like your business is an adult daycare center? Are you constantly repeating yourself, fixing errors, and trying to hold things together? What if it were possible to create a business that runs itself?

You’ve dreamed about it - now it’s time to make this a reality!

If you’re anything like many seasoned business owners, you’ve tried and failed to systemise your business. The reality is, your shiny business isn’t as functional as it looks from the outside; it’s unorganised, inconsistent, and key person dependent.

SYSTEMology solves this problem with a proven, step-by-step business systemisation framework - designed so that even the busiest business owner can deploy it. Drawing on 20+ years of business experience and real-life case studies, David Jenyns details the path to complete business reliability.

Useful

We have failed at creating systems in the past but I think this advice will help us get there.

THE system for creating systems

I love systems and have been studying it for years, but when I read this book, I am still finding new gold nuggets that I didn't think about before. I love the idea of finding 2 people; a knowledgeable worker and a systems champion to record and extract the processes of the knowledgeable worker. So simple, but so powerful. All in all, great book, and a must read for all small business owners.

Not Surprised.

If you've read Dave's book, Authority Content, you won't be surprised that his new book, Systemology, is simply brilliant. This book is an absolute must-read for every small business owner. If the E-Myth is the "what", Systemology is the step, by step, "how!".
