Emotional Roller Coaster!!!!!

Sean Masters and Maxine Mitchell nailed this one. The absolute perfect duo to bring Jackson and Ozzy’s story to life!

Jackson and Ozzy’s love is the purest type and it sparked every emotion. What a roller coaster ride! Ozzy’s story is one of abuse, fear, trauma, and constant healing, that leads to the happiest of endings. And the way Jackson cherishes her and helps her heal in ways she didn’t know she needed healing…..perfection at its absolute core. Ozzy is a survivor and Jackson makes sure she knows that every second. My emotions were everywhere!

On another note, I absolutely loved the bond between Ozzy and Morris! He really was the father she needed! Morris knew she needed that kind of love and he was there to deliver. He wanted her to feel like she belonged somewhere….to have a home to call her own, and a family to support her. He made sure she got every bit of that!

Those Rowe brothers are something special, and I cannot wait to see what is next for the Rowe Ranch!

This book is everything.. soo well written and kept me wanting to turn the page. The narration is phenomenal and Sean Masters and Maxine Mitchell were perfect for Jackson & Ozzy. Thank DJ Krimmer for writing about important topics and being the voice to so many women who can’t. You write with such conviction, empathy, and compassion and you will have a fan for life.

thank you DJ Krimmer. this book has been a blessing in disguise. characters so well written i could feel his chest hair... the story flowed so well the flashbacks and stories led you into more of the plot with out being stagnant. also for allowing me to reopen and work thru some trauma of my own. I am so impressed with Jackson and the strength that was written into ozzy. top marks on this story. you will cry. I sobbed while walking it hits hard but it hits good.

There are books that grip you, hold onto you until the very end, and still don’t let go even long after you’ve finished.

Stray is one of those books.

This is a heartbreakingly beautiful story filled with pain, tragedy, loss, and so much love. In true DJ fashion, she rips your heart out before mending it and putting the pieces back together.

This book wrecked me when I eyeballed it because DJ is a literary mastermind! Then add in the phenomenal (and very emotional) performances from Maxine and Sean, and I was done for! They poured so much pain, heart, and healing Ozzy and Jackson and had me feeling every single thing they were feeling. The hurt is totally worth it and 10/10 recommend this audio!


This book is proof that some people stray, some people stay, and then there’s that one that becomes your always.

Pay attention to those trigger warnings and when you’re ready, know that it will all be worth it.
