It's not just a light bulb that goes off as I listen and read #Eduinfluence. It's a freaking Fourth of July fireworks show in my mind. I feel the Spirit when I read your book. I'm not kidding. It is overwhelming and hits every note for me. Can't thank you enough, Brent.

Personal experience: I haven't been able to transition to school leadership. God only knows why. I have had crash-and-burn interviews. But you know, in my heart, I know what I am doing is what is best for my students, and these students need me to be their teacher right now.
