Very good viewpoint and delivery
Narrator does a very goon of delivering the message of the author. Reading pace is a bit fast and could let some of the points set in, but overall very happy with it. Author does an excellent job of relating some of the oldest known stoics to modern day examples. From Roman times to Super Bowl coaches, great tie-ins.

Great overview
This was a great overview of Stoicism with practicable daily tasks. This audiobook offered a history and explanation of Stoicism as well as modern and relatable examples.
It was well paced and the narration was smooth and enjoyable.
