Absolutely brilliantly written

Dave nails some amazing truths while bringing them to life through the lessons he learned from his dog Hannah! As a fellow dog lover, I could relate on every aspect of the journey & gleaned much wisdom from Hannah’s life journey, example and mentoring. Such a beautiful way of connecting Gods truths and really bringing home the points! Absolutely brilliant writing! Love this book so much!!!

Best one I’ve listened to this year

I cannot love this one enough! Or recommend it enough! I am a lab owner (many actually). I love how the author shows us things in ways our beloved dogs do or feel and compares it to our own actions with God. Lots of toes might be stepped on so to speak in so much we can improve on with our relationship with God. I could so relate to it and will listen to it over again. I listened on Audible (excellent) but will be purchasing the book so I can highlight a lot! Thanks to my author friend Savannah Hendricks for recommending this book.

Fantastic!

This book was so enlightening in many ways. Insight into a dogs mind is wonderful and learning where those thoughts correlate to a bible verse is so much better. Numerous lessons of life and after are taught through the lessons in this book. Everyone should listen to this book. I enjoyed every minute.

I have listened to this over and over at least 3 times. Every time I found something new. I love this book. Helps me to feel content and safe know God is watching over me. The book though brought tears to my eyes remembering my dog who passed away in February 2018.

Gracie

We lost our sweet Gracie, (shitzu) on 5/20/22. Shared 15 1/2 amazing, blessed years with her by our side.
On the day she departed to heaven, it snowed large snowflakes! Yes, May, 20,2022 in Colorado Springs. Gracie was in my arms with my Husband Pat by my side as we all three looked up to the sky to see large snowflakes coming down. We like to think It was a “Welcome Home Gracie” from God.

Wonderful book!

I read this book several months ago, and I still find myself referencing so many lessons that I learned while reading this book! A must have for a dog lover because you will relate to every feeling and emotion described in the book.

Comfort for my Broken Heart!

I have just put to sleep my Jesse who was pure love! My heart is completely broken and the intense loss is indescribable! Jesse was 11yrs old and a few months off his 12th birthday. I was desperate for comfort when I came across this story that gave me hope in the brokenness. Jesse gave me unconditional love and acceptance and was a joy to be around and this author wrote this wonderful book putting it all in a nutshell. I am not well enough to ever have another dog but I will have to rely on God to bring me through! I am totally broken hearted right now and totally lost and empty! I have loved many dogs in my life but nothing like I loved and adored my Jesse! I pray he will be there to meet me when my life is over and I highly recommend this rare gem to anyone wanting comfort but most of all understanding the love and acceptance a dog and how God loves you without conditions. People who have had the privilege of the love of a dog are truly blessed! I needed to listen to this book desperately!!! 🙏🐶🌈 Suzie Morandini

I am sure its a wonderful story but I just couldn't get past the preaching of religion .. it was like a commercial in-between the story .. I am a spiritual person but there was way too much talk of religion and not enough story.. I didn't finish it but I did give it the benefit of the doubt until for the 10th time it recited scriptures early in the audio book..
