poor kid knew but didn't tell

the location of the story wasn't very clear but if you listen closely you will catch it. the AI that narrated the book flubbed up the pronunciation of quite a few different words causing the listener to feel like something was skipped past or was unrelated to the previous sentence. I enjoyed the book because I understand and can relate to being abused and neglected by those who are supposed to nurture and love you and keeping it a secret from the ones that could help you. it was basically a decent story.

Great story

I loved everything except for the virtual voice . If this story would have been narrated by a real person I would have given it ten stars.

What an amazing story

The virtual voice narration is a flop and I never would have paid to listen, but since it was free on Audible I decided to give it a go. This story is really really good. It's probably better if you just read it but since I work long shifts I listened to it. I do recommend this book and I also recommend getting a real narrator.
