excellent

it's a perfect beginning point for those who want to practice mindfulness. very, very easy listening. i would say one listen per day is what you need to do on average.

This is great!!!

I'm trying to get over a particular unpleasant experience in my life (I was really badly mistreated). I was hoping that this audio book would help me get control over my mind. I can say that the book definitely helped me. I also like the general idea of mindfulness and controlling ones emotions, so I do recommend this book to those who are suffering in life.

Not a revolution.

A helpful audiobook, covering the importance of meditation and mindfulness. Definitely well narrated. The guided meditations are very calming.

I think this is a good purchase for those, who are new to mindfulness and need something accessible. However if you're looking for something in depth, you probably only need the guided meditations

Actually this audio book covers many aspects of mindfulness. It's not just a guided meditation book, but also a very helpful guide for everyday life.

I am quite fascinated by this series, as I would definitely like Reiki to be done in a similar fashion.

Very useful.

IT's a relatively short course but they cover a large amount of material. The author has clearly simplified a lot of topics but it still comes across as very enjoyable listening experience. Good material and a very important subject!

Excellent introduction.

This is a very well done introduction to mindfulness and guided meditations. Basically it's exactly what any person out there who is unfamiliar with these subjects needs!
