Well written and heart wrenching

Heartbreakingly detailed account of physical and sexual abuse, and the signs to look for in a child. Unimaginable.

Learning that the author didn’t realize that what was being done to her was wrong.

Unfortunately, the author speaks in a monotone voice that could be off putting. But you will hang in there because the story is so important.

Bravery

I’m impressed at the amount of strength you were able to display… I however tried to block everything out and drown myself as much as possible. And no one ever believed me until I turned 34.

Loved this book its was absolutely incredible and it brought so much meaning and awareness to a child’s home life and that others should be aware and protect the ones being hurt not the ones doing the hurting
