Oricison's exploration of those flooded ruins weighs heavy on her soul. She dreams of kaleidoscopic ghosts, the monstrous starfish, and the whispers of the mysterious orb. But money doesn't allow recovery, and with the tractor repaired, she now has to endure on the road.

The first stop after two long months through the savannah is Shiverlight Township, where Oricison expects to spend a few days relaxing and trading, but those hopes crumble as she finds Shiverlight destroyed, the grassland burned away, and the suspect behind the destruction remains broken down at the front door.

So begins the struggles of a daring rescue. One woman against the cold dead armor of the Flat-Tire Warlord.
