Terrible narrator

I assumed the author narrated this audio book because the performance was so cringeworthy. The content is great, but it was a pain to listen to. Just get a hard copy.

Leadership skills for the real world.

Loved this book. Ended up buying a hard copy for future reference. No fluffy Kombi gimmicks.

A perfect read for the Plt Cmdr and lower leader

This book does a great job of establishing the foundation for incoming junior officers and newly promoted NCOs. A great refresher for TBS graduates on a lot of things we forgot we learned

This is require reading for my OCS class. It has a lot of invaluable information on how to lead a small unit effectively. Will refer back to this book often.
