There's nothing a good night's sleep can't fix
I'm a terrible sleeper and have to say that nothing has helped me sleep through the night. This audio book actually does put me to sleep, but it doesn’t keep me asleep. I sometimes use it one or two times in a night to get me back to sleep. But I can be fair and say any downside is me and not the voice. The voice does its job well. I listen to nightly and wake feeling so much better.

No Longer a Skeptic!
A friend of a friend told me about this audio book because I am forever complaining about being tired. I decided to try it even with low expectations about hypnosis. Wow! I cannot recommend this book enough! As soon as the voice started (within one minute), I was feeling very relaxed. I didn’t even make it all the way thru...thank goodness my ear buds fell out during the night. If you need to sleep, you need this book!

Sleepless in Mississippi
I’ve had trouble sleeping my whole life, when I saw this, I knew I had to have it! Sandy has such a soothing and relaxing voice, I didn’t stay awake the whole 14 minutes! I will listen to this every night to help clear and calm my mind for sleep and rest! Highly recommended!!

It works!
I have a really hard time shutting my mind off at night so I can get to sleep. A friend recommended this book to me and it’s the first time any kind of relaxation method before bed has worked for me. It’s pretty amazing!

Wasn't what I expected
Narrator kept cutting in and out. The flow wasn't as smooth as most hypno therapy books/narrators causing me to loose focus.
