She knows her stuff
In a time of such confusion and chaos, the world is starving for compassion. Shannon does an amazing job of sharing her wisdom, experiences and setbacks so that empathy spreads fiercely. If you are an empath, a narcissist or even a racist, this book will melt away the resistance to becoming the next best version of you.

Life changing and practical wisdom
Shannon condensed an enormous amount of wisdom into a clear and practical guide for changing mindsets and living and leading effectively with more compassion for others and ourselves. It is particularly helpful for becoming a more vulnerable and compassionate witness and for loosening our grips on the stories that we tell ourselves which no longer serve us. I continue to use the skills and find them invaluable in my evolution as a leader. This book helped me definitively answer the question “do I want to be in conflict, or do I want to be a leader?”
