Wow! What a different kind of a shifter book. It was exciting from beginning to end. I loved Jenna and REALLY loved Leander. I felt bad for Christian, but he'll get over it. And Morgan? Can't even imagine what the heck she was thinking. And poor, poor Daria. A truly wonderful book. I would definitely recommend it.

As to the narrator. What can I say? She does a great job. Even though every man in every book she narrates sounds the same I'm alright with that because they DO sound like men.

Excellent World Building, Characters, & Stories!

I enjoyed reading all the books in this series and I'm looking forward to a couple of years to go by so I can read them again. I want to take a moment to say how much I admire the imagination of Fantasy authors above all others. They have to come up with the love, mystery, and adventure stories like other authors, but every author's world and characters are so unique. To me, the stories are more exciting, taking me to wonderful places I wish were real. This series is excellent and lucky for us, the publishers aren't like most of the greedy jerks out there, charging a bunch of money for each book. Don't let the fact that they are affordable make you think they aren't good books, they are as good as any out there. Enjoy!

great characters and story line, I can't wait to read the next in the series. really enjoyed listening to this story and the performance!

Great beginning to a new fantasy world

I enjoyed the story but find it a little too flowery and wordy at some parts. It was ok because I usually listen to audiobooks while I’m crafting. However, if I were to read the book, I might be bored by the long winded distractions.

Justine Eyre did a good job in the narration.
