Ghosts, Memories, and Mystery

A fun mystery and ghost story. This story has a few flashbacks, which our main character witnesses, in her dreams. She wakes up after having dreams of people from a former life, and it's the same people who connect with her current project, renovating the Seven Sisters home. This book is fast-paced and a lot of fun, but--beware, it ends in a cliffhanger that makes you beg for more.

Not really a series

Narrator was excellent. The story is not like a normal series with endings at each book but more like one long book. I am not a fan of that style.

Irritating Narration

I love ML Bullocks books. I have both read and listened to her stories. I can't put her books down. This is the most irritating narration. The voice makes me cringe. Read this book rather than listen....

Mysteries surrounding them

Once we figure out what is going on in the past, we will be on our way to make the present better. I already bought the next book and can't wait to solve the mysteries. Can you tell that I feel like I am part of the action?

Storytelling Done Well

This book is a delightful way to tell a story of the past in the viewpoint of someone in the present. People are often attracted to antiques and this little twist of storytelling will let me see them as a link to stories of yesteryear. I'm excited to begin book 2 and get the rest of the story.

Great Story

Great story, bad performance
The reader tried too hard to be southern. Sounded very nasally. Should have just been natural.

Seven Sisters

Great story! I wish it was more. It ended half way through the book, after only 4 hours.

Entertaining

I enjoyed this book because of its unusual setting, a plantation house being restored, and the flashbacks to the past experienced by the protagonist.

4 out 5 some reviews off putting

After reading some reviews I nearly didn’t give this audiobook a go, the kindle released was $0 and audiobook was $2.99 aud so why not as I liked the burb. I found it enjoyable and at this purchasing deal it’s going to cost the same as any other author. Marketing should have listed a chapters not books 1 though 5

Ripped off

We struggled to get into it and when we finally did it ended! It's a serial and you'll need to buy several more books!
