Too many workplaces are driven by cynicism, paranoia, and self-interest. Sinek illustrates his ideas with fascinating true stories that range from the military to big business, from government to investment banking.

NEEDED READ
I have no idea why this book was previously given such a low rating. It does exactly what the title says. It gives the rudimentary 12 descriptions of leaderships styles. Somebody who’s never been in leader ship does not know this.
I think this is a very important book for anyone to read, who is going to lead others in any capacity whatsoever . I also believe this would be a great high school read for future leaders of America.

Empty
Sounds like it was also written by a poorly prompted basic AI. It reads like a basic outline of generic ideas.
