Man Up with this Book
Wow. I used to be extremely timid around people, even my family. After getting this book, I gained a lot of confidence in social scenarios and made friends quickly. Good book butthe narrirator Joe Wosik is aweful
I really liked the book but the narrator sounds like Ben Stien. He is monotone and does not get into the book, I was more distracted by hearing his poor reading than the actual content. The writer did a great job but please find someone who does not sound like they hate their life reading. The irony is the reader was not very "confidant" lol!

If you are struggling with self esteem BUY THIS BOOK
It’s helped me out A TON with myself esteem and i’d recommend you to take notes while listening to this book to look over through out your day. or re listen to it at least once a month so the information stays ingrained in your brain. it’s amazing to see how it’s helped out in my everyday life would recommend!

The content is the same as in other similar books, but the tone and the choice of words is bad. It actually made me feel worse. They emphasize the “alpha-male” part way too much. This book should have been called Stop Being A Loser And Become The Man You Think Your Dad Wanted You To Be.
