Would you listen to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy again? Why?

This book is 2 hours long so I listened to it for a couple of days. It talks about anxiety and depression and how to overcome those so it's definitely a great guide in CBT.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy?

It talks about 7 ways to cure these mental diseases. It's very thorough and provides a ton of information and research.

    Which scene was your favorite?

Self compassion believe it or not is one of the best qualities no one talks about that can help erase anxiety and depression. Just one of the few things you will learn in this audiobook.

    Any additional comments?

If you suffer from anxiety and depression, this is one of the BEST resource to supplement your way to improve your mental state. Anxiety and depression tackles millions of people worldwide and this one tool can help you overcome and improve your mental health.

"Just the way I expected It"
Would you consider the audio edition of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to be better than the print version?

I am not a kind of person who loves reading and so I would say this audio is best for me rather than its book. I also felt that the reader talked to me personally and concern about me. This self help book is an inspirational and really motivated me. Can't wait for the other audio book of same author.

    "Fruitful!"
What did you love best about Cognitive Behavioural Therapy?

I love this book as it made me realized the positivity beyond my thinking. It let me understood that the power to change lives is within my grasp and that we are what we think, we are the one who is controlling ourselves. But for me, these things could really be possible with the grace of God too.
