Sweet and clean

I enjoy friends to lovers stories and this is a nice, clean one. She's not quite a blue stocking who gets a makeover and almost lies herself. However, her handsome best friend and sister inevitably keep her grounded and we get a HEA that's just right.

Another Royal Success

Rebecca,You did fantastic with this one too. Ms Boyd performed it perfectly, making me cry in the exact spots I've cried while reading it. my husbandand I laughed and enjoyed this book just like the others. we look forward to hearing more.

Fun, but not realistic.

I like this series. the stories are fun. it's light and PG rated.

However, it isn't historically accurate.

The actions of the characters are modern. Two unmarried young women would not be living in a home without a chaperone. they would not be going to parties by themselves. A single woman would not be intertaining men in a room without a chaperone.

Men were not allowed in the room when their wives were giving birth!

BEAUTIFUL!!!!

Once again, the author did not disappoint. I loved the banter, humor, impatience, rage, heartache, turmoil, devition of friendship, and love that ran through this entire book. The narrator did a phenomenal job at remembering the tone and rhythm she assigned characters from books past. Beautiful story.

Soooo Booooooring

I would get bored and realize that chapters had passed. It never got to the central action. Stopped with 4 hours to go and it still hadn’t gotten to any appreciable point.

Loved this one

Great story. I love the narrator. Really enjoyed this one a lot. HEA is a sweet one.

Loved the Ending

This was a fun story. I loved seeing glimpses of characters from previous books.
The two main characters definitely had their moments of fun and moments when they needed to be shook because they were not seeing the big picture. The end was worth all of their trials in the middle.

True Love Never Ever Goes Away

I understand both of the people in this story. Mary just wanted people mostly Jeff, to realize she was something special and even though Jeff, already knew that I believe he did not want to push beyond what they were. Still their comes a time when the blinders are torn off and TADA you find out your best friend is the love of your life.

Loved it!

It was delightful, witty and an absolute joy to listen to! This has always been a favorite book of mine.
