Very suspenseful story

I enjoyed this story so much. The narrator really brought the story to life. I was on the edge of my seat for most of the listening. I enjoyed the characters as well. I would enjoy reading or listening to other stories by this author. A clean book

Another great story in the Griffin Force series

If you enjoy action and suspense, with a bit of romance thrown in, you will definitely want to take a look at "Second Chance."

In this installment of the series, Griffin Force is in pursuit of Atwah, but in order to capture him, Auggie must go undercover. Normally, he serves as the computer expert for the Griffin Force. But that means that he is the only one of its members that Atwah's forces won't recognize on site.

What is supposed to be a short and simple undercover operation turns into a more serious situation when someone throws a monkey wrench in their plans. And it is up to Griffin Force to find Auggie and get him out of harm's way.

I have truly enjoyed every book in this series so far. There is always a unique blend of action and suspense that seems to preclude the idea of romance, and yet when relationships are put to the test, strong bonds are forged.

Fabulous!!! Didn't Want To Set It Down!!!

If action and suspense are your go-to genres, then look no further! This book will definitely satisfy your love for these two genres. Augie and Rian step into a very dangerous mission. They will have to keep their wits completely about them if they want to survive. But secrets that come to light up the stakes of the mission and the threats to their safety.

Wowsers! Talk about fast-paced and wonderful! I listened to the audiobook in one sitting. I just couldn't stop. Disclosure: I haven't read the previous Griffin Force books. This was my first one. I've read other books from this author in the other genres she writes. I've wanted to dive into this series because I've had so many reading friends talk about how much they love it. Well, I finally did it! Yay! And I'm so happy I did. Now I need to go back and read/listen to the previous books in this series. But I didn't feel like I couldn't keep up or understand what was happening without reading the previous books. So if you're like me and haven't read any yet and just jump in here, you'll be fine. I have to say that there were several characters that I'm sure are from previous books and have me wanting to know more about them and their backstories.

Lots of action and danger, suspense and intrigue, heartmelting moments, sweet and clean romance, and soooo much more fills the pages of this fabulous book (or audiobook in my case)!

Content: Clean. PG-13 rating for the violence and moments of peril/war.

Action-Packed Suspense

Great narrator! I enjoyed listening to this story. It’s my first by the author and I look forward to reading more of her stories.

As a fellow techie, it was wonderful to listen to Augie’s book! I loved Rian and her innate ability to survive. Without saying too much, I hope we meet her grandfather in the next book. It can be listened to as a standalone, but it’s so much more meaningful when listened to with the other Griffin Force books. Highly recommend!! ❤️
