Publisher's Summary

Hannah Matthews is undeniably tough - a single mom, a top-tier PR exec, a breast-cancer survivor. She prides herself on being go-to-Hannah, who can handle any crisis. But with her grandmother balking at going into a retirement home, her daughter unexpectedly pregnant, and an old flame suddenly underfoot, Hannah is facing a few crises of her own. And being back home on Seaview Key is definitely adding to the stress.

Luke Stevens understands crisis. While serving in Iraq, his wife dumped him for his best friend - with whom Luke shares his medical practice. Seaview Key seems like the perfect place to hide out for a while. The last thing he expects is to fall in love...with his old hometown and with Hannah.

Sometimes, though, the unexpected is just what it takes to heal the heart.

SO ENJOYABLE!!!!!

My normal genre is Mysteries/Thrillers but I always take a break to take in a story like this. It was a true joy to be a part of so many lives and watch solutions play out. I've always been a fan of Sherryl Woods and plan to move on to the Sweet Magnolias series. Kimberly Austin was a first for me. I would say that she's not my favorite narrator but she definitely made it an easy listen...thus the 5-star rating. Great all around story and I highly recommend it.

Terrible narrator!

Hate Hate the narrator! What the heck is up with her whispering. It was so distracting I couldn’t enjoy the book.

The whole book is whispered

The story could have been good but I couldn’t finish it. The narrator whispered the whole book. So annoying.

Good story but narrator was not good.

I cannot stand the way the narrator whispered almost the entire book. It was terrible!

Good Story

Images of the places were fixed in my mind from the very beginning. I enjoyed this story more than others by the same author.

Great Story - Horrid Narrator

The story was well written and enjoyable except for the narrator. The "whispering" that she, the narrator, did made me keep wanting to quit the book but the story was enjoyable enough to keep going. I

a little overboard with hesitant Hannah!

mostly a good story, but you would think that someone that fought and beat cancer, would be more willing to live. I grew tired of feeling sorry for her and waiting for her to figure it out.
