This book is an awesome reminder to love all others as we love ourselves if we truly desire a joyful life. I would recommend this to anyone trying to run a business or improve their family life. It could be especially helpful to those in the healthcare world.

Loved it!

As a nurse, I work with nursing home residents but not for the nursing home. I think anyone who works with eldery or who have family in a facility would benefit from reading this book.

Loved the author's transformation

I'm already a big fan of the Arbinger Institute principles, but I absolutely loved the application on an individual, organizational, and humanity levels that the book demonstrated. Filled with poignant stories and great insights, you will find it relatable and transformative.

I'm not sure what I was expecting from this, but discovering it is merely a 3hr recruiting tool certainly disappointed me.
