I'm not one to leave a terrible review, but... Same comment as the other reviewer - NO CONTENT ACCESS CODE. I have emailed AND called the author's organization with NO RESPONSE. I'm super busy and only listen to books while commuting or traveling. DO NOT BUY this audiobook. Just buy the book, skim it, and use the content code online. Jack, Sandra, come on; you guys are better than this.

Super repetitive, no access code for content

There is no way to access the supplemental worksheets online because of password protection. Instructions say the password is on the last page of Chapter 12 but the reader doesn't say it. It's annoying to have paid for a service and only receive half of it.
