This is a good book for all

There are so many software bookkeeping programs today, that bookkeeping is very easy to learn. This is a good reference book It really is in-depth and goes beyond bookkeeping and explains accounting, and payroll as well.

Great book for people looking into starting a smal

If you are more curious about any of the chapters in this book, go ahead and get the corresponding individual volume. But without doing that, you're not hurting yourself one bit. Hence the five stars.

Great quick info

Although I have a business degree, none of my classes prepared me for the details of bookkeeping so I'm very grateful for this book!

Great Book a Must Have

I found this book to be informative and easy to understand. The only qualm I had with the book was that when I was reading one section and it directed me to find more information on the topic later in the chapter. It gave the heading the information could be found under later in the chapter, but I wished it had given a page number. It's not a big deal, though. It wasn't as hard to find the heading I was looking for as I thought it would be. Overall, I am pleased with this book.

The perfect book for small business owners

The author presents the material in an easy to understand format with step by step explanations of the topics covered. I have a degree in accounting and an MBA with over 35 years of accounting, auditing, controller ship and banking experience and I can say that this an excellent primer on bookkeeping.

Handy For All

This book is great for anyone who wants to understand how bookkeeping can be used to take your business to the next level. It provides an introduction to a Fundamentals of Accounting course and gives new business owners an understanding of how to navigate financial statements. In addition, it equips them to effectively delegate their accounting needs. After reading this book it is much easier for a business owner to understand the difference between a profitable business and one that earns a lot of revenue but can seem to keep cash in the bank.
