This book walks you through the process of delinquent taxes to certificate investing in delinquent tax bills, to tax deed property ownership and how properties end up on Lands Avavilable lists where you can purchase properties over the counter from the tax collectors office. I can now proceed with confidence in this arena of investing because of this book.
