This book was better than the last one......at least, the second part was.

First half of the book.......Three stars.
Second half of the book...Four and a half stars (getting to five there).
Overall...........Four stars.

However..
The issues that I had with Cinder, were there. For example, the simplistic and not very bright characters. Don't misunderstand me! They're still likeable and I thought Cinder was much better this time around , Scarlet was a strong character but a bit predictable.
I did enjoy the book and was entertained by it, so I'll wait for the next one. ;)

This fast moving sequel does not disappoint. I am completely enraptured by cider and her gang of rebels. can't wait to read more!

A little long for listening, but the details given to the introduction of pertinent characters was done perfectly.

The first book in this series was a required read for a course I was taking. I loved the first one so much that I had to read this one too (or listen to)! Absolutely amazing!
