Excellent Resource For SE Plan

If I could only invest in one book on the subject of sales enablement, this would be the book. I rarely write reviews, but I felt Roderick did such an excellent job of outlining the practical steps and important details for creating a professional and lasting sales enablement plans. He covers the subjects from A-Z, building collaboration, metrics, goals and responsibilities very clearly. One can definitely create a robust plan using his book.
