Great Fantasy Concept World

This is a great book for the next one story concept. I would like to have a little more backstory. the narrator is good and easy to understand, but he reads a bit fast and could use some more versatility in voices to represent the multiple characters

Good book, a little short

Definitely liked the book, I usually don't get books this short. the downside to short books is not as much history or back story. for this one, the magic system could have used more explanation. with all that said I would recomend and will be purchasing the rest as they come

nat my favorite, but we'll written

I think I'm listening to alot of the same types of stories so this was performed well, but didn't really seperate it from any other story I've heard lately. again well written, and a good book.

Very good book

I got this book mainly because I really like listening to Steven Brand. I see some reviews where he is criticized and at times it is not quite clear who is talking but despite that, I think he is a great narrator. I had low expectations for the book but within 2 or 3 chapters I was hooked. The story moves along quickly and I always couldn't wait to get back to back to the book to see what was going to happen next.

I really enjoyed the story and the presentation. I hope book 2 is released soon.
