Enjoyed

Predictable but good. Voices were very good. Wish there was more meat to the story line.

I was not expecting these characters, but I fell in love with them and with this story.

Pretty Good Storyline

This book was suspenseful and interesting. The narrators did a great job with characters. Down to earth scenario. I enjoyed it.

A good listen

The books in this series are not super "deep" - but entertaining enough to keep you interested and engaged. The characters are a bit unrealistic (I mean who can have a full time job designing lingerie for a woman's wedding and honeymoon?) but I thinkthats why we read books - to get a break from reality.
The narration was good - I always appreciate when there are different voices for male/female characters - much more realistic. I enjoyed the character development with the war veterans - learning about living with a prosthesis, the struggles and adaptations. I also liked the connections to the first three books in the series with Nick and Avery.

Great book and keeps you on your toes! Great plot and the love scenes are good too!

Narrators

I liked the story, but the guy narrstoring the woman’s part wasn’t good. Would have liked more of Nick Blain.

This is an absolutely awesome book. I am reading all her books. you will truly enjoy each one.

I absolutely loved it.

The relationship between Eve and Gabe was so beautiful, from the was it developed to an all consuming love it’s just beautiful.

I recommend reading the whole series.

Most Fulfilling of 2025

Lara Adrian plays NO games with her writing and Wesleigh brought it alive with her narration. Bravo to a wonderful storyline that felt original, loving, passionate, and a bit suspenseful. The combined context made for a fulfilling book that I could not put down!
