Great series, but...

Love, Love, Love this series. I love reading but can't do it as often due to my written schedule. listening to books on Audible brings the joys of reading back into my life. BUT I'm super disappointed that the rest of the stories are not available on audio. When will they become available. I'm dying with the need to finish the story.

The audible narrator’s bring life to the book and their awesome! This series is a must read! Amelia Hutchins is a genius! All her books are really good!

I hate Knox

There are no words for how much I hate Knox. I’m not sure he is a redeemable character. However I love and am addicted to this series. He better do something grand and change or my mind won’t.

Cookie cutter of her own design

So...I listened to each of these books as they were my introduction to this author and I'm waiting for the next to be available on Audible. In the meantime, I figured I would listen to previous work so I gave a listen to the Monster series. Low and behold, I found that both series are almost exactly the same. It was a bit disappointing to find that the same bones of the story are identical.
For this book and this series alone... Amazing! The adult content is wild and sexy. Definitely leaves you wanting more with the twists and turns as well as the relationship and conflicts between them all.
If you are looking to find more from this author, I'm worried that the other series will be just the same with a simple change of name and a few different changes but over all the exact same situations, challenges, even language used. I've only listened to two different series and I'm worried to try my ear at a third as they seem to be just a cookie cutter version of the same story. Can't be near each other but can't stay away, fighting with sisters, monsters within and under the surface that are unknown, main man is an alpha with lots of power and money, girl doesn't know what she is but is the most powerful, constantly coming back from the brink of death and self sacrifice. It's just all the same. Even some of the wording is the same including the use of Hecate to an extent. I guess I'll find out if it was just these two series that are the same with a variation or if it continues when I try the other series next.
They are worth the listen but you'll notice the similarities rather quickly if you want to listen or read the Monster series. I still enjoy the books but it does take away from the immersion into the worlds she creates.

This series is one of my favorites. It’s a dark one. And definitely…mature. Just how I like them. It’s so addicting. It can be frustrating because the ML is a complete a** wipe sometimes, but there is a purpose for everything. Listen to it! Or read it
