I loved the first book of this series. Not so much this one. Alot did happen but nothing happened at the same time.

Royally Exposed (Book 2)  ~~ The stakes crank up here—Everly’s secrets start spilling, enemies close in, and we see her harem dynamic deepen. What I loved most was how the guys step up in their own unique ways: some protective, some challenging her to grow. There’s a lot of political maneuvering, so it feels like “Game of Thrones but with spice and sass.” Some chapters moved slower with all the plotting, but the tension and the romance more than made up for it. That ending—oh boy—sets the stage for chaos.

Very good book!

Very well written and excellent narration!!! The characters are well written and grow with the story. I am on to book 2 now, excited for the next chapter. The Dynamics between the 4 guys is great, very entertaining!

The mating bond is different then other shifter story.

The characters are very young in this series. Some of the scene are very immature. The characters act like they are teenages. But the story line is good Hopefully they will grow up more in the next book.

Trust

Trouble was waiting and only there trust in their love helped them to survive. The year was ending with their mating.

Good story

I liked the story I just felt that it kept being all about them saving her and she hasn’t shown any signs of being awesome on her own not much of a her
But I would recommend it to keep the story line going

I can't stop listening.

The story moves so fast and the writing is elementary when compared against similar authors, and the story is basic... The smut could use some work, it just seems rudimentary overall.... Nevertheless, I am headed into book 3- The story is sweet, and I'm curious where its headed with the 5 of them.

Ms. Banks did a wonderful job developing the characters in this second book. it was a joy to read!

Great listen

I really wish there were more spice, but I absolutely love this style of writing. I get the suspense, but a romantasy book with that little spice is frustrating. I’m wavering on starting the next book just yet from the let down, tbh. I’ll read them and love them, but maybe not just yet. Also, the robotic way the guys say stuff together is a little weird. I’m sure on the page it’s fine, but with a singular voice actor for all characters it’s not as pleasing. Love these books, but wanted to share my thoughts, as well.
