This is wonderful information and I'm so happy to hear this. I learned that we have to really know that we are in control of our lives and not an emotion. My life is very stressful lately due to my relationship problems and my job. I couldn't get a balance for both problems and it was really destroying my life but I heard this author talk about how to achieve control in my emotions by building mental strength and self-discipline to manage my stress. When feeling depressed I’d listen to this motivational audiobook over and over every morning. This audiobook should be repeated every morning and night to ingrain this mindset into a habit just like the author is prompting... and I can tell it's true! it has helped me so much so far... It is quite good to find self-help tools to increase self-esteem and manage anxiety such as this audiobook. The author teaches about learning to have an open mind to healthy thoughts and to use self-discipline techniques to control states of anxiety. I liked hearing the author's voice because it motivates the listener to be positive about improving our quality of life by increasing our self-esteem and confidence. I totally recommend it.
