Great depth of coverage and balance with zen perspective. Really great interpretation with emphasis on spirituality and mythology /archetypes without religion specific dogma or elitist exclusionism. Home run! Really went to the core of the teachings n makes them accessible to all. Will listen repeatedly for deeper absorption. He gets it.

Breath of fresh air

Brings a life to Christ that is often missing in mainstream Christianity.
If you've become disenchanted with the church and it's presentation of the life of Christ, then this is a must read or listen.

It's an enlightening book in its it's real sense.

Made me understand religion a lot better. Made me see the deeper purpose of religion, beyond the moral moderation of the ego, to the actual transmission of the deepest truth. Made me get in touch with the Jesus inside me, which is that place of peace, stillness and serenity, in the midst of outer or even inner turbulence. Made me realize that I can be at peace regardless of anything, just like Jesus was at deep peace, love and serenity even in the midst of the pain he felt on the cross, and the hate from his fellow humans. A book worth reading/listening.
