Agreement with Relationship Agrements!

Eri brings a set of methods that really resonated with me. There is regular return to thought process of "What went right? What can we do different/improve on next time?" While staying out of the "What Went -Wrong-" space that I know at least I have an easy habit of falling in.
The strategies and guidance that Eri provides stay with the constructive building of things in such a way that I did not even have my throught process steer to "Oh we are avoiding the Wrong topic", rather it was all questions of what could be built and improved on. This is impressive to me, and is represented through out the book as well as Eri's coaching practice and methods that the words used matter, and are well thought out!
