The Protectors series crosses over with some of my other series, so for the most enjoyment, they should be listened to in order, but it is not required. Grabbed and held

This book grabbed me with wanting to know Levi's story and I was shocked by his life at the hands of a phycologic brother and abusive father. I cheered for him to find freedom and was thrilled with Phoenix looking beyond what the evidence was showing buy looking for the truth.

Dark, deep, emotional... one of the best ❤ 🔥

This book gets very dark at times... and this will take you on many emotional roller coasters. Sloane Kennedy sure knows how to write great stuff!!! I would say this is one of the best books in the series. Especially the way it ties into the other books. Not a stand alone.

Michael Dean knows how to bring the books to life. His voice overs are perfectly done once again. Together, Sloane and Michael make the perfect pair.

Keep in mind, there are many triggers in this book. So, if you are a sensitive reader, this book is not for you.

The story is very well put together. Had me in tears many times, for joy and sorrow. Yes its a HEA but you have to go through hell to get there. Worth the ride.

Sloane does it again!

I loved this book so much but omg my heart broke for Levi so much, and tears were shed, but I am so glad he got his happy ending!! I love everything Sloane does and I knew that this wasn't going to be an easy book to get into. Michael Dean did an amazing job with it.

Amazing

I read it the first time and listened the second. I didn’t know what I was missing. Michael Dean had my knees melting with his voice. I’d love to listen to all the protectors series narrated my him.

Wonderful!

This audiobook answers a few questions that were lingering about an attack that happened in a different book. I love how loose ends that you aren't even aware that are there, are eventually cleared up. Another fantastic listen!

Intense!

This booked gripped me quickly. While I had irritation at times with Levi, I had to remind myself of the hell and torture he endured starting at such a young age. His life was truly unfathomable, and the rage that rose up inside of me towards those that failed this young man was gripping. On the flip side, the unconditional grace given to him by others was beautiful.

I did have a problem with Michael’s once again over the top performance at times, but it is what it is.

Love this series!

I was so looking forward to the next book to come out in audible and this one was what I was looking for. Really enjoyed reading this series can’t wait u til all of them come out to listen to.

So GOOD

I just live this whole series, but this one is a favorite. Full of heartaches and love. More, I want more of this couple.

Phoenix and Levi!

Out of all the Protector series besides the first this is my favorite. By far the most believable love affair. I think it was that first kiss, Sloane Kennedy pulls that out in perfection. I love the sweetness of their story.
