The man doesn't miss!

:DK IS GR8! :Dakota continues to produce my absolute favorite books! In this re-imagined, litRPG version of Red Riding Hood you'll find a very clever and driven Red, confronting and hounded by an unstoppable Wolf. I don't want to spoil anything, but if you enjoy litRPGs, or want to check out the genre, I would HIGHLY recommend you give this one a shot. And now, I wait excitedly for the next book in the series. Good thing :Dakota writes fast!

Love It

Little Red Riding Hood and a couple other nursery rhyms turned litrpg and done very well. Can't wait for the other Damsels to get their stories.

New twist on a classic.

This was a total new twist on the classic little red riding hood. It had great story with Lite RPG adaptation with a shocking ending. A must read

Dakota is back!

This is a fun book that is a twist on familar fairy tales and flips the "damsel in distress" meme on its head as they are the ones causing trouble for those up to no good.
Each book in the series is stand alone, but also will build onto the background events of the world.
The other good news is that all of the books are written and scheduled for narration and release.
The narrator did a wonderful job!

Great Retelling

Dakota has a great take on a classic story. I love how he told the story of Lil Red Riding hood in a Litrpg style. If you like Litrpg or classic story telling you will love this listen.

Not as many puns as I had expected...

I was so worried that I'd have to wait months to see a good conclusion to this book, I did not. Not only was it a satisfactory conclusion, it was well written and set up in a way that i can't wait for the next one. Author was excellent as always and the narration was on point. Thank you for a wonderful book.

Blindsided, but not in a bad way

This is billed as Romantasy with some light LitRPG thrown in. But, if I had to pick an actual genre to put it in, I would say Action/Adventure. If you're expecting a lot of crunchy stats, or a lot of sappy emotions, this isn't that kind of book.

Fun and fast paced

Clean humor, compelling characters. Looking forward to the next book in the series. Never listened to a book with this narrator before, but she did well.
