Publisher's Summary

How long can people really live? We are all taught by family, friends, and our family doctors that we should live into our 70s and 80s, then die in the normal course of events.

The truth is that our media doesn’t report the truth.

The truth is that there are legitimate records of persons up to hundreds of years old. One only has to do the research.

In this audiobook, I present extensive records of nine individuals who lived from 130 to over 300 years in addition to many other records, too.

Hope all this information provides you some food for thought.

Well Worth

This book very nicely pulls together a lot of valuable but disparate health information which is well worth listening.

Martin is Good

It would be impossible to cover everything in a single book but the author has done a lot here. So I found the book a good read and would recommend it.

If you are just beginning your book research into aging well, try any of the other titles I've listed above for a more well-rounded approach. I am not afraid of getting old, I am afraid of getting *old and sick*. This book has inspired me.

Good Work

Martin K. Ettington's Longevity Revolution is truly a masterful piece of work. No individual has done more, here in the US - or throughout the world - to raise awareness of the challenges and opportunities, the fears and hopes of our longer lives.

Great Author

A good book by an excellent "pioneer" in the field of longevity. It is short and somewhat involved, but worth the effort.

Awesome

I have been researching many sources and wish that I had this a year ago. There will always be outliers so experimentation of n=1 will always be a critical element. Great job Martin!

Comprehensive

So much of this book I could not get my head wrapped around, but very informative and enough in the summaries at the end of each chapter to comprehend. This man is so ahead of the game.
